ADP, a world-wide human capital management solution company, has changed the hiring game by enabling its customers to integrate VidCruiter’s suite of recruitment software products with its Recruiting Management system.

ADP Recruiting Management is a full-service hiring platform designed to improve the talent acquisition workflow. The integration means any VidCruiter product can be used in tandem with Recruiting Management, including our video interviewing software, automated reference checking, automated scheduling, audio interviewing, and digital in-person interviews. VidCruiter founder and CEO Sean Fahey said this alliance is another step forward in making sure recruiters have the best tools to make hiring as efficient as possible.

“VidCruiter and ADP have a shared goal of creating innovative solutions to help those working in the human resource industry do their jobs,” Fahey said. “By integrating our recruitment systems together, ADP and VidCruiter have taken a step towards accomplishing that goal. Our clients will now be able to complete their hiring process faster without sacrificing the opportunity to find high-quality candidates.”

The integration allows for candidate data to be shared between ADP and VidCruiter. Clients who use ADP’s Recruiting Management and VidCruiter will be able to access both systems seamlessly and have all the information they need about a candidate at their fingertips.
