The Challenges of Working in HR

These needs are constantly changing, which means HR is often tasked with being the bearer of bad news. 

One of the most difficult aspects of human resources is employee terminations, layoffs, and disciplinary action. It can also be tough having to tell job applicants they were not selected for a position they were really hoping to get. Moreover, keeping up with new laws and legislation, researching new technologies, and managing evolving employee expectations keeps HR pros on their toes. The positive here is that the work is never boring.
