What Are We Thankful For?

As we pause and reflect on the past year, we have a lot to be thankful for as a company. We’ve had the pleasure of onboarding a record number of clients, we’ve hired more than 60 new employees, and we’ve even welcomed several (eight!) VidBabies along the way.

While we must admit 2021 hasn’t been the easiest year given the circumstances, it’s important to remember “You can’t have a rainbow without a little rain”, as our teammate Conrad says. This Thanksgiving, we reached out to VidCruiter employees and asked them what they’re thankful for. Here are their responses…

Each day I am thankful for nights that turned into mornings, friends that turned into family, dreams that turned into reality, and likes that turned into love. Most importantly though, I am thankful for everything today and every day. We have so much to be thankful for. One day a year hardly seems adequate.

As we approach winter, the days are getting shorter and we see the sun around once per week only. It’s also been over a year since I’ve been working on my dinner table. But despite the challenges of living in partial isolation, restricted from traveling to reunite with family and friends, I’m still very grateful for my stimulating job, fun teammates, amazing wife, and incredible rainbow we got a few weeks ago.
